THE COMMUNITY:
As Aventura’s original luxury community, Porto Vita is the standard by which all others are measured. Developed by the Turnberry Associates and Ugo Colombo of the CMC Group, Porto Vita offers residents a slice of Mediterranean living in sunny South Florida. The Porto Vita enclave is located east of the Turnberry Isle Resort on the Intracoastal Waterway, giving way to magnificent waterfront views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robert Trent Golf Courses.
For resident exercise and relaxation, community amenities include a fitness center complete with massage therapists and personal trainers- as well as swimming, tennis, and spa facilities. Resident services include 24-hour gated security, valet, doorman, and concierge. The centerpiece of the Porto Vita community however, is the Villa Grande private residents’ club.
Designed by world-renowned architect Gian Enrico Fabro and constructed by a crew of master Italian craftsmen, the Villa Grande truly does make Porto Vita Aventura’s most exclusive private luxury community. The private club includes a formal dining room, as well as the more casual Terrace Café where residents may enjoy a light lunch or take advantage of the poolside bar service. The club also includes billiards and gaming rooms, high tea rooms, and innumerable private nooks and intimate sitting rooms. In additions, club members can enjoy private concerts by local musicians and famous artists alike at the elegant Villa Grande bar and piano room.
PORTO VITA NORTH:
Constructed in 2004, the North Tower is the final jewel in the Porto Vita luxury community. The 32-story tower is set in the northwest corner of the grounds near the Porto Vita Grand Entry, and faces east to west over the Intracoastal Waterway and the golf courses of the Turnberry resort respectively.
